The S series helical worm geared reducer uses a worm gear and a pair of helical gears as the reduction transmission system, two-stage transmission, and the input and output are staggered in space.
The gear and worm are carburized and quenched to a hardness of HRC58~62, with a hardened layer depth of 0.2-2mm and uniform hardening. The worm gear material is ZCuSn12Ni2, using a centrifugal casting process.
